We have a range on clinicians available including GP’s , Nurses, Physicians Associates, Health Care Assistants and Musculoskeletal Specialist and you can Contact us to schedule an appointment by calling on 01527 555600, completing our online request form or speaking to a member of our reception team at the surgery.

Our reception team are experienced health care navigators who will ask you a range of questions to ensure you are directed to the most appropriate clinician or service.

URGENT APPOINTMENTS

For same day urgent appointments please call the surgery on 01527 555600 at 8:30am or 2pm Mon- Fri and Press option 1 for emergencies

ROUTINE APPOINTMENTS

Lines open at daily at 8:30am please call 01527 555600 and press option 2 for appointments, once you are through to the appointments line you can press 1 to be placed in our queue buster and we will call you back once you reach the front of the queue .

BOOKING IN ADVANCE

Alternatively you can submit a non urgent medical request online via Online consultation and we can send a self booking link to book a routine appointment up to 14 days in advance via self booking link.

HOME VISITS

If you feel you require a home visit please call the surgery on 01527 555600 at 8:30am or 2:00pm Mon-Fri we will book you in for an initial telephone appointment with one of our GP’s who will make arrangements with you directly for a home visit.

If you or a member of your family are our patient and a resident at a care home and require an appointment please contact the home directly to arrange a review by our community frailty team.

Unfortunately we no longer have faxing facilities however we are now able to accept non-urgent emails direct from patients at [email protected]
