MAKING AN APPOINTMENT
We have a range on clinicians available including GP’s , Nurses, Physicians Associates, Health Care Assistants and Musculoskeletal Specialist.
Our reception team are experienced health care navigators who will ask you a range of questions to ensure you are directed to the most appropriate clinician or service.

Unfortunately we no longer have faxing facilities however we are now able to accept non-urgent emails direct from patients at bridgesurgery.prescriptions@nhs.net

You can request an appointment online via our online patient triage service by clicking I have a health problem and submitting a “I have a health problem” form
This will be read by a member of the Admin team within 2 working days and forwarded to the relevant Healthcare Professional.
You can use your NHS account to book a screening test or vaccination
Alternatively, if you have no access to the internet please phone us on 01527 555600 , Monday to Friday at 8:30am
When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with including a brief description of your symptoms
We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you
Non-urgent advice: HOME VISITS
If you or a member of your family are our patient and a resident at a care home and require an appointment please contact the home directly to arrange a review by our community frailty team.
Non-urgent advice: OUT OF HOURS

You can:
Attend the surgery and speak to a member of the reception team.
Call us on 01527 555600 to use our automated check and cancel service or speak to a member of our reception team to cancel your appointment alternatively
use Online Serivces or
cancel your appointment via the link in your text message reminder
